If unfortunately, you want to return a product our refund policy is valid for 7 days since most of our items are perishable. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, if you are unsatisfied, please do not hesitate to contact us at the head office (888) 919-1831 or at email@example.com as we would like to be able to help. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Items must also be in their original packaging. Gift cards can also not be returned. To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. It is always best to call us, as this will expedite the return process.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days. If rejected we will explain why. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please note that refunds sometimes take up to 10 days for your credit card company or your bank to process payment. If you have any concerns or it has taken longer than this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Returning your products for refund
To return your products for a refund, you should bring them to: 2389 Rue Principale #309, Dunham, QC J0E 1M0, Canada. If you cannot bring them, you can mail them to us, but it must be received within 7 days of purchase as most of these items are perishable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item unless it is a manufacturer’s defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
