All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

Warehouse pickup

You can eliminate shipping costs with free pickup at our warehouse: 2389 Rue Principale #309, Dunham, QC J0E 1M0. After placing your order and selecting in-store pickup, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you pick it up.

Important notes

La Goutte d'Or Inc. reserves the right to refuse an order if the delivery address is in a remote area. If applicable, the customer will be notified by email and the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Tracking notifications

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 1 day of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Sales taxes, import duties & taxes

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country.

Delivery time exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Items out of stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.


If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
